Lose weight, build strength, rehabilitate an injury, be active or just have FUN! Entire muscle groups are exercised in a dynamically concise manner in a third dimesional plane. It is training that minimizing impact on joints and is also highly effective. It trains the muscles to move faster and independently from each other and gives you that spring-like bounce that is FUN! It is great for kids and adults. It allows the entire body weight to be supported and accelerated making it possible for you to perform more repetitions at a higher speed without tiring out. It teaches you how to distribute force, move efficiently, refine your reaction when contacting the ground and smooth out transitions between movements, enhancing body awareness, coordination, control of movement and speed.
Cancellations/Reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before session or you will be charged for the session.
