DRUMBA is an exercise format that combines regular or weighted Drumba Stix with combinations of dance steps and exercise moves to create a fast-paced, intense cardio workout for the upper and lower body. It can be done seated or standing and is a fun cardiovascular workout for all ages and abilities! Just ask our members.
